Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only time we will accept returns/exchanges are in the case of shipping damage or an item arriving defected. While we hope you are immediately satisfied with your order we ask that you reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description including the order number and clear explanation of the issue. All refund & exchange inquiries will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

While HQ Carbon has an extremely strict quality control system in place, we understand things do happen and we are all human. In the event of any defects or issues please reach out. Also please note, dry and wet carbon fiber are hand crafted products, slight variations in weaves and finish may be present but quality control checks will keep these to an absolute minimum.
If your return is accepted due to a defect/ quality control issue we will pay all associated shipping costs and provide a label to you. Any item that is outright returned without contacting us will be refused. Please contact us at sales@hqcarbonindustries.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Please reach out at sales@hqcarbonindustries@gmail.com with any cancellation requests. We will attempt to accommodate as long as the item has not been shipped.
WARRANTY
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our carbon fiber parts for any defects. Please note this will not cover wear and tear, installation damages, misuse, or exposure to any extreme conditions that is not typical.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom ordered items like steering wheels, etc. are non returnable. Since they are customized by you. In the event of defects or shipping damage we will offer an exchange for the same item.
Fitment Guarantee
We guarantee the fit and finish of all of our products when professionally installed. We can not accommodate returns based on installation damage or misuse. The responsibility of ordering the correct parts ultimately is in your hands. We are available to confirm all fitment concerns. Sales@hqcarbonindustries.com
Refunds
We will notify you with our decision regarding a refund once the item has arrived back to us. We will confirm the reason for the return and if approved a refund will be processed immediately. From there it will be in the hands of your financial institution to make the funds available in your account.
